Making elephant tooth paste

Today in Science we made elephant toothpaste. The first step was to pour hydrogen pyroxide into a bottle. We added blue food colouring into the bottle because it's my groups favourite colour.Then we added dishwashing liquid into the bottle. Next we put warm water into a container with yeast and mixed it. Lastly we added the yeast to the bottle and it bubbled and over flowed.

Planting

Yesterday the class planted kowhai seeds. We had to roughen the seed with sand paper. We put the soil pot in water and mixed them. Then we put our finger in the soil and made a space for the seed. We put the seed in and covered it with soil.

This is my Lightning McQueen rollercoaster. It will be 3 people at a time. It will be 5 minutes long. I would go on my ride with mum and dad.
